1. Who is the data controller
The controller of personal data submitted through the AfterKV website is the individual operating the AfterKV website. For privacy-related matters, you can contact the controller at kontakt@afterkv.pl.
2. What data may be processed
The contact form may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, message and any attachments you voluntarily provide.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed to handle your enquiry, prepare a response or quotation and, where cooperation follows, prepare and perform the agreed assignment. Depending on the nature of the contact, the legal basis may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or the controller’s legitimate interests.
4. Materials submitted through the form
Attachments may contain materials provided for assessment, quotation preparation or project work. Please submit only materials necessary for the enquiry and make sure you have the right to provide them.
5. How long data is kept
If an enquiry does not lead to cooperation, the enquiry and submitted materials are generally deleted within 14 days after the enquiry has been concluded. If cooperation takes place, data and materials may be retained for as long as necessary to perform the assignment and for any period required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend claims.
6. Recipients of data
Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the website and email communication, including the hosting and email infrastructure provider, to the extent necessary to handle the form and communication. Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
7. Your rights
To the extent provided by the GDPR, you may have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, receive a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Cookies and analytics
The AfterKV website does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other analytics or advertising tools used to profile visitors. The website does not use its own marketing cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the website, the scope of data processing or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is published on this page.
